Download and install Freemake Video Converter
When promted, dl and install .Net Framework 4 Client
1. Launch Freemake Video Converter
2. Click +Video to add your video file, then select your movies location and select your movie
3. Click "to DVD" in the lower portion of the program

4. Name your DVD
5. Choose your menu preference
6. Choose the files destination - DVD (choose your DVD burner), Save to folder, or create .ISO
7. Choose your DVD media (click the blue lettering to select your choice) - Standard DVD 4.7GB (4.3GB), Mini DVD 1.4GB, or Double           Layer DVD 8.5GB
8. Choose your preferred aspect ratio, 16:9 (widescreen) or 4:3 (TV)
9. Choose your region settings - NTSC or PAL
10. Insert a DVD into your DVD burner (if burning to DVD)
11. Click Burn (coverting and burn combined took 1 1/4 hours on my 2GHZ single core processor - 98% of the time was converting)
12. When the burn is finished, choose to make a second copy or not. (Caution: When the burn is finished, it will eject the DVD tray. This         is bad if you have kids and/or animals running around as they may break your DVD tray if you leave it unattended)
